Ukrainian authorities on Tuesday accused Russian forces of targeting a United Nations aid convoy in the Kherson region using drones and artillery, damaging two trucks but causing no casualties.

Foreign Minister Dmytro Kuleba condemned the strike as “a blatant violation of international law,” saying Russia continues to endanger humanitarian workers.

The United Nations denounced the attack, calling it a serious breach of international humanitarian law that could amount to a war crime.
