Lebanese Foreign Minister Youssef al-Raji rejected an invitation to visit Tehran, proposing instead that talks with Iran be held in a neutral third country, stating that current circumstances do not support a direct visit.

He emphasized that this does not mean a refusal of bilateral talks.
