Thousands of Hezbollah supporters gathered in Beirut to mark the first anniversary of the assassination of the group’s former Secretary-General Hassan Nasrallah, killed in an Israeli airstrike last year.

Current Secretary-General Naim Qassem reaffirmed Hezbollah’s commitment to armed resistance.

Simultaneously, the Israeli occupation army announced strikes on Hezbollah weapons depots in southern Lebanon, alleging they were used in operations against the occupation.
