The Union of European Football Associations (UEFA) has announced that Madrid’s Metropolitano Stadium will host the 2027 UEFA Champions League final for men, while Warsaw’s National Stadium will host the women’s final.
The Metropolitano, home to Atlético Madrid and with a capacity of 70,000 spectators, was selected after Milan’s San Siro (Giuseppe Meazza) Stadium was ruled out due to renovation concerns.
Metropolitano previously hosted a Champions League final in 2019, when Liverpool defeated Tottenham Hotspur 2-0 to claim the title.
