More Than 80 Killed in Clashes Between Coalition and Southern Transitional Council in Yemen

A military source affiliated with the Southern Transitional Council reported that at least 80 people have been killed and 152 wounded since Friday as a result of airstrikes and clashes with the Saudi-led Arab Coalition.

The developments follow the launch of a military operation by Yemeni forces backed by Riyadh to retake areas in Hadramout and Al-Mahra.

The source also said attacks targeted camps and strategic sites, with around 130 captives taken, in an escalation that threatens to widen the conflict in southern Yemen.
