Morocco’s U-17 national team secured a place in the Round of 32 at the FIFA U-17 World Cup in Qatar following the conclusion of the group stage on Monday.
The Atlas Cubs sealed qualification after their emphatic 16–0 victory over New Caledonia in Group B on Sunday, combined with Mexico’s 3–1 defeat to Switzerland in Group F. The results ensured Morocco’s place among the eight best third-placed teams across the 12 groups.
Morocco now advances to the knockout stage with momentum, aiming to build on its strong attacking performance in the group phase.
