Israeli sources indicated that Tel Aviv had agreed to a new Qatari proposal, which Hamas rejected, considering the redeployment of Israeli forces as “the primary obstacle.”

In turn, Israel accused Hamas of “obstruction and procrastination,” despite its negotiating delegation remaining in Doha.
