Hezbollah Deputy Secretary-General Naim Qassem described the Israeli Occupation’s assassination of senior military commander Haitham Tabatabai as a “blatant act of aggression and a deliberate crime,” asserting that the group reserves the right to respond at a time of its choosing.

He stressed the organisation’s cohesion and organisational resilience despite losses, reaffirming its capacity to replace commanders and strengthen its military structure.
