The death toll in Nepal has risen to 19 martyrs and more than 100 injured, following violent clashes between security forces and thousands of Generation Z protesters who took to the streets of Kathmandu on Monday to denounce government corruption and the ban on social media platforms.

A curfew was imposed in parts of the capital after demonstrators stormed the parliament building and clashes erupted with police, amid growing public anger over government decisions.
