Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu instructed his negotiating team to show flexibility in the proposed 60-day ceasefire negotiations with Hamas in Doha.

At the same time, Netanyahu promised Finance Minister Bezalel Smotrich that the Israeli army would resume the war on Gaza after the ceasefire, imposing a blockade on northern Gaza and relocating residents to the south, according to Channel 12.

The negotiations are stalled due to the Israeli occupation’s refusal to meet Hamas’s requests for guarantees for a permanent end to the war, while U.S. President Donald Trump expressed hope for a ceasefire “within the next week,” despite repeating these statements without tangible progress.
