Qatar’s Foreign Ministry announced that delegations from Pakistan and Afghanistan reached an agreement in Doha for an immediate ceasefire following days of deadly border clashes.

Mediators from Qatar and Turkey participated in the negotiations.

Both sides committed to follow-up meetings to ensure long-term implementation, with Doha expressing hope that the deal will pave the way for lasting peace.
