The Russian Ministry of Defense announced on Tuesday that its forces had captured the towns of Fedorovka in Donetsk and Novovasylivske in Zaporizhzhia, inflicting what it described as “heavy losses” on Ukrainian forces.

In a separate statement, the ministry reported that its air defenses destroyed 184 Ukrainian drones overnight across several regions, including Kursk, Belgorod, Voronezh, and the Black Sea.

The development follows Moscow’s earlier declaration of control over Otradne in Kharkiv, amid intensifying clashes on the eastern frontlines.
