Sites in Kharkiv and Poltava sustained severe damage, while the energy ministry reported power outages in several regions.

Kyiv accused Moscow of “civilian terror” aimed at depriving residents of heat ahead of winter, while the Russian army claimed the strikes targeted “energy infrastructure supporting military operations.”
