The Kremlin has confirmed receiving the final draft of the U.S. peace proposal discussed during the Geneva talks with Ukraine, ahead of broader negotiations expected next week.
Spokesman Dmitry Peskov stated that the remaining disputes center on the international recognition of the settlement arrangements.
An earlier draft had floated Kyiv’s withdrawal from Donetsk and Luhansk, but was revised following Ukrainian objections.
Chief Ukrainian negotiator Andriy Yermak stressed that President Zelenskyy will not accept any territorial concessions.
