The governor of Belgorod, Vyacheslav Gladkov, stated that Ukrainian missiles had struck energy facilities in the city, resulting in widespread power, water, and heating outages.
Meanwhile, Russia’s Defense Ministry reported that 95 Ukrainian drones were shot down within 24 hours, including several headed toward Moscow.
The mayor of Moscow said 27 drones were intercepted near the capital, marking a renewed escalation in long-range cross-border attacks.
