The Asian Football Confederation (AFC) announced that the Round of 16 matches of the AFC Champions League Elite for the West region will be held as single-leg fixtures in Jeddah on April 13 and 14, due to the ongoing conflict in the region.

The knockout stages and final will also be completed in the same city.
