Saudi real estate developer Dar Global announced on Monday a new partnership with the Trump Organization to build a $1 billion luxury tower in Jeddah, marking the latest expansion of the former U.S. president’s family real estate brand in the Gulf region.

In a statement released in English, Dar Global said the deal represents its second collaboration with the Trump Organization in Jeddah and confirmed plans to launch the “Trump Plaza Jeddah” project.

The skyscraper will target the city’s high-end property market, offering premium residential units and commercial office spaces in the Saudi coastal hub, the company added.
