The Syrian Ministry of Defense announced the martyrdom of seven soldiers and the injury of 20 others in a drone attack carried out by the SDF in the countryside of Al-Hasakah province in northeastern Syria.

The ministry said the attack occurred after the discovery of a facility used to manufacture improvised explosive devices and drones near the Al-Yarubiyah crossing.

Syrian military leadership described the attack as a dangerous escalation and a violation of the ceasefire agreement, accusing the group of seeking to undermine previous understandings and target army positions in several areas.
