Air raid sirens sounded for the second time since early Sunday in northern Israel’s Upper Galilee region following the launch of rockets from Lebanon.
Israel’s Channel 12, citing the military, reported that sirens were activated again in the Kiryat Shmona area after detecting incoming rocket fire.
Earlier in the day, Israel’s Home Front Command had warned of sirens in several Upper Galilee communities over fears of a drone infiltration, before Channel 12 reported that a drone launched from Lebanon had been intercepted.
Hezbollah, for its part, announced that it had targeted a تجمع of Israeli soldiers in the Yaroun settlement using a swarm of attack drones.
The immediate impact of the attack remains unclear, as Israel continues to impose strict restrictions on reporting losses, alongside ongoing ground clashes with Hezbollah fighters in southern Lebanon.
