Slovenia’s government announced a travel ban on Israeli Occupation Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu, following earlier measures against extremist ministers in his cabinet.

Slovenia, an EU member that recognizes the State of Palestine, had already suspended arms exports to the Israeli occupation and banned the import of settlement products.

The decision coincided with Netanyahu’s trip to New York to deliver a speech at the UN General Assembly.

His plane took an unusual southern route, avoiding French and other European airspace, amid an international arrest warrant accusing him of war crimes in Gaza.
