France’s meteorological agency issued orange-level warnings in several western regions as Storm “Ingrid” approaches, forecasting winds of up to 130 km/h and heavy rainfall.

Some cities have already experienced flooding and resident evacuations, along with the suspension of local activities and the closure of public facilities.
