At least seven people were killed and 25 others injured in a suicide bombing that targeted a wedding in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa province in northwestern Pakistan.

Police said the attack took place inside the home of a pro-government community leader, adding that several of the wounded were transferred to a hospital in critical condition.
