The Syrian Democratic Forces held a unity conference on Friday at the cultural center in Hasakah, which included over 400 representatives from the self-administration and leaders of ethnic and religious components such as Christians and Druze in northern and eastern Syria.
The conference aimed to formulate a unified stance in support of a decentralized governance system ahead of an anticipated meeting in Paris between Mazloum Abdi and the foreign minister of the interim government, Asaad al-Shabani.
The conference focused on enhancing internal cohesion and presenting the self-administration model as a scalable framework for a comprehensive political solution.
