Syrian President Ahmad Al-Sharaa is set to visit this month to sign an agreement joining the international coalition against ISIS, according to Axios.

The visit will coincide with a fifth round of direct negotiations between Syria and the Israeli occupation under U.S. mediation, aiming to reach a border security understanding before the year’s end. It will mark Al-Sharaa’s second visit to the U.S. in two months.
