Iran rejected a temporary truce proposal presented by the United States through intermediaries, conveying its position via Pakistan, according to IRNA.
Tehran stated that its response included 10 conditions, notably a permanent end to the war, lifting of sanctions, and guarantees for safe passage through the Strait of Hormuz.
The rejection comes despite discussions over a proposed 45-day temporary truce, amid continued military escalation and exchanges of attacks in the region.
