A Thai soldier was seriously injured by a landmine explosion near the border with Cambodia, days after the two countries agreed to a ceasefire following clashes last month.

The incident occurred about one kilometer from the “Ta Moen Thom” temple in Surin province.

The Thai military accused Cambodia of violating the truce and international law, while Phnom Penh denied the allegations.
