Ukrainian authorities announced on Tuesday that three people were killed and others wounded in Russian shelling targeting the regions of Zaporizhzhia, Donetsk, and Kherson, while air defenses shot down 53 Russian drones.

The attacks damaged energy infrastructure in the city of Kharkiv, while a strike on a US-owned facility caused the leakage of hundreds of tons of sunflower oil.

Meanwhile, Kyiv launched attacks inside Russian territory, as diplomatic efforts in Paris continued to discuss a peace plan that the Ukrainian government says is “90% ready.”
