A charity concert, “Together for Palestine,” held Wednesday evening in London, attracted thousands of attendees and raised approximately £1.5 million to support humanitarian relief efforts in the Gaza Strip.
The event, organized by British musician Brian Eno, took place at the O2 Arena in Wembley and drew an audience of over 12,000, including prominent Palestinian and international artists.
Estimates indicate that online ticket sales from the live-streamed event generated around £500,000, while host Jamila Jamil announced that the total funds collected had reached approximately £1.5 million by 10 p.m., earmarked for humanitarian aid in Gaza.
