Tropical Storm Bualoi has killed four people and displaced more than 433,000 people in the Philippines, according to the National Disaster Agency.

With winds reaching 110 km/h, the storm caused floods, landslides, and power outages across several provinces.

It is the 15th storm to hit the country this year, striking amid a corruption scandal tied to flood-control infrastructure projects.
