Representatives from Turkey, the US, Qatar, and Egypt met in Miami on Friday to review Phase One of the ceasefire agreement implemented on October 10 and exchange views on Phase Two.

Turkish Foreign Ministry spokesman Oncu Keceli emphasized sustaining the Phase One truce despite violations, completing hostage releases, and discussing Palestinian governance, a peace council, and an international stabilization force as part of the Trump plan.

The talks covered arrangements for Palestinian control of Gaza in Phase Two, along with steps for the peace council and stabilization force outlined in the peace plan.
