Two people were killed and another was seriously injured on Monday after debris from Iranian missiles fell in two separate locations in central Israel, while air raid sirens sounded in Jordan during the missile launches.
Israel’s Channel 12 reported that two people were killed after debris from an Iranian missile struck a construction site in the city of Yehud, near Tel Aviv.
The channel added that a third person was seriously injured elsewhere in central Israel, without specifying the exact location.
It also reported that missile debris fell on the roof of a gymnasium in Holon, near Tel Aviv, causing the roof to collapse.
According to the report, the missile was likely a cluster-type missile, with fragments falling in several areas across central Israel.
