Ukraine Marks Fourth Anniversary of War, Vows to Continue Resistance

Ukraine commemorated the fourth anniversary of the outbreak of war with Russia by holding religious ceremonies in Kyiv attended by President Volodymyr Zelensky and European leaders.

Candles were lit in tribute to soldiers and civilians killed since February 2022.

Zelensky declared that Ukraine “has not been broken” and pledged to pursue a just peace.

European officials reaffirmed continued financial and military support, while U.S.-led negotiations remain stalled.
