A Ukrainian drone attack on Russian-annexed Crimea killed three people and injured 16 others on Monday morning, according to local authorities.

Sergey Aksyonov, the Kremlin-backed head of Crimea, said on Telegram that the strike hit the resort town of Foros, damaging a health facility and a school.

Updated figures confirmed three fatalities and 16 injuries, Reuters reported.
