Hadramout province witnessed rapidly unfolding security developments after the “Homeland Shield” forces announced they had taken control of districts in Wadi and Desert Hadramout, including Seiyun International Airport and sovereign facilities.
Governor Salem Al-Khanbashi confirmed the deployment of forces at key locations and their movement toward the coast as part of a plan to secure the province.
Simultaneously, Saudi Arabia called on various southern factions to engage in dialogue in Riyadh to address the southern issue, in an attempt to contain the escalation and prevent a slide into broader confrontation.
