At least 68 African migrants, mostly Ethiopians, have died, and 74 others are missing after a boat capsized off the coast of Abyan province in Yemen, according to the International Organization for Migration.

Local authorities confirmed that rescue operations are ongoing under difficult conditions, while the boat was carrying 154 people.
