Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky announced an update to his framework document for ending the war during a meeting with U.S. officials, affirming Ukraine’s readiness to hold elections within 60-90 days if security guarantees are in place.

He also mentioned an upcoming meeting to discuss security guarantees to prevent new Russian attacks.
