Russia launched a nighttime assault that is the largest on the Ukrainian capital, Kyiv, since the outbreak of the war, using 315 drones and 7 missiles targeting seven out of ten major districts.

In response, Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky expressed his frustration over the “silence” of allies, calling for “concrete” Western actions to force Russia into peace.
