Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky will meet European leaders in Copenhagen on Thursday to discuss ways to reinforce long-term European support for Kyiv, amid reports that the United States is scaling back its commitments to the country.

Zelensky is set to join around 20 additional European leaders at the “European Political Group” summit, following a meeting of the heads of state and government of the 27 EU member countries in Copenhagen on Wednesday during an informal European summit, according to Agence France-Presse.
