Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky announced on Tuesday that he will travel to Turkey on Wednesday to discuss efforts aimed at reviving negotiations to end the war with Russia.
In a post on the platform X, Zelensky said Ukraine is preparing to intensify diplomatic efforts, noting: “Tomorrow we will hold talks in Turkey. We are getting ready to step up negotiations and finalize the proposals we will present to our partners.”
He stressed that Ukraine’s top priority is to do everything possible to bring the conflict to an end, while also highlighting ongoing efforts to restart prisoner-exchange operations between Kyiv and Moscow.
