Three people were killed and eight were injured early Sunday in a shooting at a crowded nightclub in the Crown Heights area of Brooklyn, New York.

New York Police Commissioner Jessica Tisch said preliminary investigations indicate multiple shooters opened fire following an altercation inside the club.
