At least 4 people were killed and dozens were injured in a large-scale Russian air assault on multiple Ukrainian regions, described as the most intense since last month.

Ukrainian forces reported intercepting 45 missiles and 566 drones out of more than 640 projectiles launched.

The strikes targeted Kyiv and several other cities, including Mykolaiv, Odesa, and Zaporizhzhia, causing widespread infrastructure damage.

President Volodymyr Zelensky said Russia was trying to “drown Ukraine in terror.”
