Lebanon’s National News Agency reported that two people were killed in two Israeli airstrikes targeting separate areas in southern Lebanon.

An Israeli drone struck a car between the towns of Safad al-Battikh and Barashit, killing one person, while another strike on a motorcycle in the town of Yater killed a civilian and wounded another.

The attacks come amid continued escalation and repeated violations of Lebanese sovereignty.
