Israel Health Ministry Says 1,274 Injured Since Start of War With Iran

Israel’s health ministry said on Wednesday that 1,274 people had been injured since the start of the war with Iran on Saturday.

In a statement, the ministry said that since the launch of “Operation Lion’s Roar” and until 0700 local time (0500 GMT) on March 4, 2026, a total of 1,274 people had been evacuated to hospitals, including 96 who are currently receiving treatment.

Among those hospitalized, four were in serious condition, 23 in moderate condition, 65 had minor injuries and four were undergoing medical evaluation.

The ministry added that 219 injured people were admitted to hospitals in the past 24 hours between 0700 Tuesday and 0700 Wednesday local time.

Israel’s Institute for National Security Studies at Tel Aviv University said 13 Israelis had been killed since the start of the war.
