Chelsea’s Brazilian youngster Estevão is at risk of missing the 2026 World Cup after suffering a serious injury.
According to reports, the 18-year-old has sustained a grade-four tear, significantly reducing his chances of making the tournament.
He picked up the injury during Chelsea’s defeat to Manchester United, in what could prove a turning point in his debut season with the club.
Despite an impressive start—scoring eight goals and providing four assists—recurring injuries have begun to impact his continuity.
He also recently missed Brazil’s friendly match against France due to fitness concerns.
