A fourth round of negotiations between Lebanon and Israel has resumed in Washington, aimed at reinforcing the ceasefire agreement extended through early July.

The talks come amid renewed tensions on the ground, with the Israeli military issuing evacuation warnings to residents of several towns in southern Lebanon. A Lebanese army officer and a soldier were also injured in an airstrike targeting a military vehicle.

Meanwhile, Lebanon’s Ministry of Public Health announced that two paramedics were killed and a third seriously wounded after an ambulance was struck in southern Lebanon, highlighting growing concerns over the deteriorating security situation.
