Houthi-run health authorities reported that 33 people were killed and 36 injured in airstrikes on a village near Yemen’s capital, Sanaa, with women and children accounting for most casualties.
An earlier death toll of 27 was later revised upward by the ministry.
The Houthis accused Saudi Arabia of carrying out the strikes, but Saudi authorities had not immediately commented.
The Associated Press said it could not independently verify responsibility for the attack.
The reported casualties and allegations remain subject to independent confirmation.
