Israeli forces continued their operations in southern Lebanon on Saturday, carrying out an airstrike and firing heavy machine guns toward several border towns, while an explosion caused by unexploded war remnants injured several people in the Wadi Touline area.
According to Lebanon’s National News Agency, an Israeli drone struck the town of Mansouri in the Tyre district. No immediate information was available regarding casualties or damage.
Earlier on Saturday, Israeli forces also opened heavy machine-gun fire toward the town of Haddatha and targeted the outskirts of Kounine and Tayri, in what Lebanese authorities describe as continued violations of the ceasefire agreement.
Separately, an explosion caused by remnants of war in the Wadi Touline–Qallawi area injured several people. No official casualty toll has yet been released.
