Israeli forces conducted a series of air and artillery strikes on Friday morning targeting the eastern parts of Rafah and Khan Younis in southern Gaza, as well as eastern areas of Gaza City.

Witnesses reported that Israeli warplanes targeted areas in eastern Rafah, still under military control under the ceasefire agreement, while Israeli artillery shelled the Al-Tuffah neighborhood in Gaza City and eastern Khan Younis intermittently over several hours since early morning.
