The death toll from the collapse of a residential building in the Bab al-Tabbaneh neighborhood of Tripoli has risen to 15 after search and rescue operations concluded.

Civil Defense teams reported recovering eight people from under the rubble, while the municipality declared the city a disaster zone due to the large number of unsafe buildings.

Residents held funerals for several victims, as evacuation orders were issued for nearby housing complexes, amid calls for the government to assume responsibility.
