Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu said the conflict with Iran is not over, warning that new developments could occur at any moment.
Speaking during a meeting with Argentine President Javier Milei in Jerusalem, Netanyahu said: “We are at war with Iran,” adding, “It is not over yet, and a new development could happen at any moment.”
The remarks come as the United States prepares to pursue diplomatic efforts, with Vice President J.D. Vance set to lead a delegation to Pakistan on Monday for talks with Iran aimed at ending the war, according to a White House official.
Earlier on Sunday, President Donald Trump said he would send negotiators to Islamabad as the ceasefire deadline approaches on Wednesday.
